- Other Desert Cities officially opens at The Citadel this Thursday, April 14 and runs until May 1.
- Three on a Seesaw by Luigi Lunari (translated by Barrett Hileman and Giorgia Severini) plays at Holy Trinity Anglican Church (10037 84 avenue) April 13 – 17.
- This is the inaugural production of Ginger & Rosemary Theatre, a new company in Strathcona County dedicated to, “bring local audiences shows that have never or rarely been seen on Edmonton stages before.”
- The Maggie Tree’s presentation of Jill Connell’s The Supine Cobbler at The Backstage Theatre April 14 – 23.
- Mile Zero Dance is presenting Archival BAM (Beings and Matter) April 15 – 17 and 22-24 in Spazio Performativo (10816 95 street). The show is a devised performance about hoarding. Opening night (April 15) includes a fundraising silent auction and ‘Anything But Clothes’ after party following the show.
- I’ve been seeing a lot about Edmonton Opera’s Mary Stuart, which runs April 16, 19 and 21.

- The Edmonton Street Performers Festival (July 8 – 17) is looking for volunteers. Festival volunteers get some sweet perks in exchange for 20 hours of volunteerism during the festival.
