The Citadel Theatre’s holiday classic, Tom Wood’s A Christmas Carol, opens November 28 and runs until December 23. As usual, they are also raising funds for the Edmonton Food Bank at each performance. The Servus Pay-What-You-Can Sunday is November 29.

Metro Cinema and Theatre Alberta have put out a call for proposals from all disciplines for their event on February 8 that will celebrate the life of Michael Green, co-founder and Artistic Director of One Yellow Rabit Performance Theatre, co-founder and curator of the High Performance Rodeo, and producer of the Calgary 2012 Cultural Capital of Canada initiative and Making Treaty 7. Michael and three other artists – Narcisse Blood, Michele Sereda, and Lucy Morin-Desjarlais – died in a car accident February 10, 2015.
