By my count, we’ve only got 11 more sleeps until the 2013 Edmonton International Fringe Theatre Festival kicks off ten days of theatre madness. Fringe is by far my favorite summer festival – and how could it not be? Hundreds of plays from Edmonton and across the world, low-cost tickets, beer gardens, street food, and an anything goes, entrepreneurial attitude from both audiences and artists.
For the past several years, I’ve had the opportunity to review a few Fringe shows, mainly focusing on those by local Edmonton artists. Do you have a show in the Edmonton Fringe this year? Drop me a line at email@example.com, let me know about it, and I’ll do my best to make it to your show – either as a reviewer or an audience member.
