The UofA Studio Theatre is mounting The Last Days of Judas Iscariot May 16 – 25 at the Timms Centre for the Arts.
The jury is out in this riotously funny, coarse and colourful play that imagines a trial of God and the Kingdom of Heaven and Earth versus Judas Iscariot for the betrayal of his homey, Lord Jesus Christ.
Directed by Simon Bloom (MFA Thesis), I’m excited to see how this play – described as “riotously funny” handles heavier moral issues.
